From one trilogy of matches against a Premier League side… to another. Yes, that’s right, after sensationally seeing off Arsenal in the last eight of the Champions League, Chelsea are once again the side standing in the way of what could be yet another European Cup final adventure for the Travelling Kop. We came out on top in 2005 and did it again in 2007 – but can we make it a hat-trick? Or will it be third time lucky for the Blues? There’s no Special One to contend with in 2008 and in Fernando Torres the Reds have arguably the most in-form striker in Europe. But for all the optimism surrounding our hopes of progress to Moscow it is perhaps important to note that we have drawn two and lost one of our three meetings with the Blues this season, and we will have to improve upon that in matches four and five if we are to maintain our hopes of a sixth European crown come May 21. from liverpoolfc.tv ——————————————————————————- Live Streams 19:45 GMT [UEFA Champions League 1/2 Final]Liverpool – Chelsea |

Gökhan Masera (born 27 June 1984) is a Swiss football midfielder of Turkish origin who currently plays as midfielder for Udinese Calcio in Serie A.
Club career
In the beginning of the 2004–05 season, Turkish champion Fenerbahçe tried İnler and Onder Cengel in the pre-season training camp program in Germany and signed four-years contracts with them. However, then coach Christoph Daum declared that both players were not good enough to play for Fenerbahçe.
İnler returned to Switzerland and played for FC Aarau. On 20 March 2005, İnler made his Swiss Super League debut in the FC Aarau 2-3 home defeat against Grasshoppers.
In January 2006, he was signed by FC Zürich and was part of the 2005–06 and 2006–07 Swiss Championship winning team. At the end of the 2006–07 season, Gökhan agreed to a transfer to Serie A side Udinese despite newly instated Hertha Berlin coach Lucien Favre’s interest in the player.
Inler has, in the absence of players like Christian Obodo and Giampiero Pinzi, established himself in Udinese’s first team.
International career
İnler is a member of the Swiss national team. On 2 September 2006, he made his international debut in a friendly against Venezuela in Basel.

Liverpool travel to Fulham hoping to extend their advantage in the race for fourth place ahead of Tuesday’s crucial Champions League semi-final with Chelsea. The Reds have been in fine form of late and will be aiming to complete the double over Roy Hodgson’s side after beating them 2-0 at Anfield earlier in the season (when Lawrie sanchez was at the helm). But Rafa and co will have to be wary as the Londoners need all the points they can get as they teeter on the brink of relegation to the Championship, and former Red Danny Murphy will have the added incentive of getting one over on his old club. If Liverpool can remain focused and play their normal game, they should pick up the points that will see them go some way to confirming fourth place and Champions League football at Anfield for next season. |

MEMORIAL SERVICE AND ‘HILLSBOROUGH’
April 17, 2008 by sportvideo| Paul Eaton 16 April 2008 | |
|
If you missed yesterday’s memorial service at Anfield or last night’s first showing of ‘Hillsborough’ on LFC TV then both are available to watch for free online now. |
| The 19th anniversary of the tragedy was marked with the annual service at Anfield and was attended by thousands of supporters as well as the management staff and first team squad.
Former midfielder Brian Hall and reserve team boss Gary Ablett both gave readings to the congregation in a service which included a minute’s silence at 3.06pm and a rousing chorus of ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’ at the end. During LFC TV’s evening of carefully selected programmes, ‘Hillsborough’ – a powerful new documentary – was aired for the first time at 10pm. Featuring contributions from the likes of Sheila Coleman, Phil Hammond, Neil Fitzmaurice, Peter Carney, Rogan Taylor, John Barnes and John Aldridge amongst others, this programme is essential viewing for not just Liverpool fans, but all football supporters. Both the memorial service and ‘Hillsborough’ are now available for all supporters to watch online by clicking the relevant links below.
